Admissions
Thank you for your interest in Santa Clarita Christian School (SCCS). We know that choosing the school that is right for your family is a process that requires prayer and perseverance and we are honored that you are considering SCCS for your child’s education.
We believe that Santa Clarita Christian School (SCCS) is one of the best educational opportunities for your child in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Since 1982, SCCS has been our city’s largest and most dynamic Christian education program available for K-12 students. With an enrollment of over 500 students, SCCS partners with Christian parents of like faith to challenge students’ minds and train their hearts for God through a distinctively biblical education. SCCS seeks to pursue academic excellence, promote spiritual growth, and encourage character development in order to produce students who are prepared to make a difference in the world for God.
Our dual purpose – spiritual and academic – is reflected in our school motto: Teaching Minds – Training Hearts for God, Proverbs 22:6.
Please take a moment to answer the following questions to determine if your child qualifies for enrollment at Santa Clarita Christian School (SCCS).
- Does your family regularly attend a Protestant, Bible-believing church?
- Do you agree with our statement of faith?
- Do you agree with the philosophy of SCCS and are you willing to support its policies and guidelines?
- Does your child have a good academic and disciplinary record?
If the answer to the above questions are all “yes,” then the next step is to complete the “Online Application.”
Nondiscrimination Policy: SCCS admits students of both genders, any color, and all national or ethnic origins to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally afforded to students at the school. All admitted students are subject to the same administration of education policies, scholarship programs, athletic programs, and other school-administered programs. SCCS strongly believes that the Bible teaches that all people are image-bearers of God and are to be loved and respected accordingly.
