Culinary
Culinary Arts for High School students is packed with lots of learning, yummy labs, and fun! This class covers food safety and sanitation, kitchen equipment, kitchen tools, and many food preparation skills. The students learn the basic concepts of nutrition, table setting, etiquette, as well as, menu planning and portions. From knife skills, to cooking, to baking and food science in between, students will be equipped with a fun, hands-on learning experience in the kitchen as they enjoy the flavors of God’s creation.
